Section 6 — Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order acknowledgment does not necessarily mean the order has been finally accepted. Acceptance occurs after we review the order, receive payment authorization, and issue confirmation that processing has begun.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including:

If a paid order is canceled by us, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Cancellation or address-change requests must be sent to service@kirmoxel.com within 12 hours after purchase.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a change can be completed. Once processing or fulfillment begins, the order may no longer be modified or canceled.

Returns after delivery are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Section 8 — Personal and Household Purchases

Products purchased through the Services are intended for personal or household use unless we provide written authorization for another purpose.

You may not purchase products for unauthorized commercial resale, redistribution, or export. We may limit quantities or cancel orders that appear inconsistent with ordinary personal use.

Section 11 — Shipping and Delivery

Processing periods, shipping charges, tracking information, and estimated delivery times are described in our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates. Carrier operations, weather, customs procedures, public holidays, address issues, and other circumstances may affect transit time.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete delivery address and monitoring tracking information.

Where permitted by applicable law, responsibility for the parcel transfers after completed delivery to the address supplied during checkout. Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Section 12 — Returns and Refunds

Return eligibility, authorization requirements, product-condition standards, exclusions, return shipping, and refund processing are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Products must not be returned without prior authorization. Sending an item to an unauthorized address may delay or prevent processing.

Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply where they cannot legally be limited by store policy.

You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting User Content to us, you grant the Company a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, display, distribute, and use that content in connection with operating, improving, and promoting the Services.

You confirm that:

• You created the content or have permission to submit it

• The content is accurate to your knowledge

• Any incentive or compensation has been disclosed

• The content does not violate another party’s rights

Shopify supplies ecommerce technology that supports portions of the Services. Products offered through this store are sold by Sichuan Jixin Hejia Culture Media Co., Ltd., not by Shopify.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Shopify is not the seller of Kirmoxel™ products

• The purchase agreement is between the customer and the Company

• The Company is responsible for order handling, delivery support, returns, refunds, and product-related customer service

• Shopify is not responsible for the products offered by the Company

Use of Shopify-operated features may also be subject to Shopify’s own terms and privacy notices.

Section 19 — Privacy and Data Processing

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy.

Because the Services use Shopify and other providers, information submitted through the website may be transmitted to Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment providers, carriers, analytics vendors, or other service providers involved in operating the store.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES LIABILITY THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE LIMITED, INCLUDING LIABILITY ARISING FROM FRAUD, WILLFUL MISCONDUCT, OR OTHER MATTERS PROTECTED BY MANDATORY LAW.
